Boil the shrimp in a way convenient for you. I defrost them under running hot tap water and put them in the microwave at the highest power for 3 minutes. You can also boil it in a small amount of salted water for 3 minutes after boiling.

Remove the shrimp's head and remove the shell.

Tear the salad into small pieces.

Cut the cucumber into 5 mm thick wheels and place on a flat plate.

Place one end of the shrimp on a skewer, the one closest to the head, then thread the olive and the other end of the shrimp (tail), then a piece of lettuce, folded several times (the size of a cucumber). Stick this entire structure into a cucumber circle.


2 types of canapés with shrimps

Boil the shrimp as described above and peel.

Cut the cheese into cubes measuring 1x1 cm.

Cut the lemon into wheels 3 mm thick and then into triangular slices (depending on the size of the lemon, the wheel is cut into 8-12 slices).
