You can also cook the dish under foil for the first 15 minutes - the effect will be about the same. Send the meat to bake in an oven preheated to 220-230 degrees. After 5-7 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 degrees. Continue baking until done (about half an hour). Serve the dish hot.
