Crucian carp in foil with potatoes – recipe

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Prepare the sauce in which it and the fish will be baked. Pour spices into a bowl - paprika, black pepper, Italian herbs. Pour in sunflower oil and lemon juice. Stir. Lubricate the carcass of crucian carp, which has been previously scaled and gutted, with the sauce.

Pour the sauce into the bowl with the potato wedges and stir. Place crucian carp in the center of the mold. Place the potatoes around it. Top the fish and potatoes with sprigs of fresh thyme. Cover everything with foil. Bake at 180C. 40 minutes. After removing the foil, leave for another 10 minutes until they turn golden.
