  4. Add 0.5 tsp to the carrots. spices from the set “for Korean carrots”. Pour hot oil through a strainer. This way the onions will remain in the sieve, and the oil will scald the carrots. Now it needs to be cooled. During cooling, the carrots will be saturated and can be used for our purposes.
  5. Let's move on to making potato strips (if you have chips, skip this step). Peel the potatoes and grate them on the same grater as the carrots to get sticks.

Both for the New Year and for birthdays, the “Garnet Bracelet” will be a favorite. Its bright color simply will not allow anyone to pass by. Instead of classic boiled chicken, we'll use smoked chicken. And thus we will saturate the taste even more.

Ingredients:

  • boiled carrots - 2-3 pcs.
  • boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • smoked breast - 1 pc.
  • hard-boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • beets - 2-3 pcs.
  • pomegranate - 1 pc. (get grains)
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • walnuts - optional

Cooking method:

1. Boil carrots, potatoes and beets in different pans. Make the eggs hard too, cook them for 8 minutes after the water boils. The onion in the salad will not be raw or pickled, but fried. Therefore, cut it into cubes and fry in sunflower oil until golden.

2.Prepare the remaining products: grate potatoes, carrots and beets on a coarse grater, cut eggs and smoked chicken into cubes.

3.To form the salad you will need a large flat dish. Place a glass or glass in the center, around which you will arrange the ingredients.

4. Place the potatoes as the first layer and apply a mesh of mayonnaise on it. You can add salt to taste.

5.The second layer is chicken, fried onions are placed on top of it. And all this is covered with sauce.
