  2. Place them in a container, sprinkle with salt, dill or caraway seeds, sprinkle with ground pepper and chopped onion.
  3. Leave for 1-2 hours, then put the salad into jars.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and bring to a boil. Pour it into salad jars and sterilize for 10-15 minutes.

A simple salad without sterilization.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers - 4 kg.
  • Tomatoes - 3 kg.
  • Salt - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

  • Onions - 20 pcs.
  • Garlic - ½ tbsp.
  • Vinegar essence (70%) - 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  2. Sprinkle with salt, sugar, add oil, stir. boil for 10 minutes.
  3. We clean the pepper and chop it into strips.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings.
  5. We peel the garlic and pass it through a crusher.
  6. Boil with pepper for 10 minutes, then add onion and garlic and continue cooking for 10 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, add vinegar essence.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers - 2 kg.
  • Onions - 2 kg.
  • Vinegar - 100 ml.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml.

  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Peppercorns - 10 pcs.

Preparation:

  2. Wash the cucumbers and chop them into half rings.
  3. Chop the onion into half rings as usual.

  5. Place the salad in a saucepan and put it on the fire. 10 minutes after boiling, pour in vinegar and oil and wait until it boils again, stirring.

  • For the brine:
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar essence (per 0.5 l jar) - 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Place a blanched currant leaf, a blanched parsley sprig, and a blanched bay leaf into sterilized jars.

Add ground black pepper at the tip of a knife, 4 pcs. peppercorns, 3 pcs. carnations.

To blanch the leaves, simply throw them into boiling water for 30-30 seconds.

  1. Place a layer of cucumbers chopped into rings on top, then onion rings, tomatoes in rings, pepper strips, and 2 tomatoes at the very top and a small bay leaf, a sprig of parsley, a small currant leaf.
  2. Cover with lids and start preparing the brine: 1 tbsp per liter of water. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2/3 tsp. cinnamon, peppercorns, cloves, a little parsley, currant leaves, a couple of sprigs of dill, bay leaf. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add a teaspoon of vinegar essence to each jar and fill with brine. Sterilize, roll up, turn over until cool.
