How to cook buckwheat with chicken fillet:
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces.
Peel the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into half rings. Carrots - in thin circles. You can grate it on a coarse grater.
Fry the chicken fillet in a saucepan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add onions and then carrots. Fry everything together until the vegetables become soft.
Rinse the buckwheat well several times in cold water. Add to the pan.
Dilute tomato paste with cold boiled water. Pour into a saucepan. The liquid level should be approximately one and a half fingers high.
As soon as the liquid boils, reduce the heat and simmer at low simmer for 10-12 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper.
