"GYPSY" CAKE INGREDIENTS: For the cake: ● granulated sugar - 2 cups ● cocoa powder (only real, bitter!) - 2 tbsp. spoons ● eggs - 4 pcs. ● low-fat sour cream or natural yogurt - 2 cups (400-450 g.) ● wheat flour - 3 cups ● soda - 1 teaspoon ● vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon For cream: ● butter - 200 g. ● boiled condensed milk (namely milk, not a “dairy-vegetable product”!) - 1 can (about 350 g) ● cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp. spoons ● milk - 3-5 tbsp. spoons For impregnation: ● strong brewed sweet tea (almost tea leaves) - 1 glass ● a little strong alcohol - cognac, vodka PREPARATION: Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs, yogurt, sour cream, add flour and mix them thoroughly so that there are no lumps left in the dough and white specks of flour. Next, quench the soda with vinegar and stir into the dough. Then immediately pour the dough (it will be quite liquid) into a greased mold. Place the mold in the oven and bake at 180* C. for about 30-40 minutes, until ready. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool and remove from the mold. Prepare the cream. Mix butter and boiled condensed milk. Then dilute the cocoa with warm milk and add to the cream. Mix everything thoroughly again. The cream is ready! Using a sharp knife, cut the cooled cake into three cake layers - “washers”. Prepare the impregnation for the cakes by mixing strong sweet tea and some alcohol. Cherry liqueur is ideal (then there is no need to add sugar to the tea). Or you can simply mix vodka with cherry jam. Using a teaspoon, carefully soak the bottom cake layer. Then spread cream on it - a little less than half the total amount. Place cherries on top of the cream - fresh or canned. Then cover the bottom cake with the second one and repeat the procedure. Leave a little cream to grease the top. Grease the top cake with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with berries. Bon appetit!

AWESOME appetizers with Herring and potatoes for the holiday table. The classic combination - herring with potatoes, can become a decoration for any holiday table if you use your imagination and serve it beautifully. Despite the fact that preparing this dish is very simple, except that the difficulty is caused by cutting the herring, but if you buy ready-made herring in jars, then this problem will disappear. Large, equal-sized tubers are boiled in their skins until half cooked. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them, cut off the top and remove the core with a spoon, leaving thicker edges so that the potatoes do not crumble. Mix vegetable oil, mustard and vinegar, add black pepper. Finely diced herring is marinated in this mixture and then potatoes are stuffed. That's all. All that remains is to place the potatoes on a dish and garnish with herbs.

THE MOST TENDER BUNS INGREDIENTS: 300 g flour 135 ml milk 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry yeast (or 12 g fresh) 30 + 30 g butter PREPARATION: Heat half the milk, dilute the yeast and a spoonful of sugar. Heat the second part of the milk, melt 30 g butter in it, the second spoonful of sugar, then add the egg and scramble it. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well, pour milk and egg into the middle and start kneading the dough. Then pour in the milk and yeast, knead the dough well, cover the bowl with film and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours until the dough doubles in size. . I did it differently. Look, the yeast has already arrived. I poured it into the milk-egg mixture and stirred. Then she began to add sifted flour little by little and mix the dough with a spoon. When the dough became so thick that it was already difficult to mix with a spoon. I put the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and started kneading with my hands. I kneaded the dough well for about 10 minutes. Then I returned it to the cup, covered it with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour to double the volume. The dough has risen. Knead the slightly risen dough and roll it out on a floured table into a 20x40 cm rectangle (since I made a triple batch of dough, so I divided it into 3 parts, and then rolled each into a rectangle) (Then I brush the dough with melted butter). Cut the dough in half lengthwise, then cut into 5cm wide rectangles. Brush the rectangles with melted butter and roll loosely into rolls. Along the narrow side and place one after the other, slightly overlapping, on a baking sheet covered with paper (I did not put paper on it). Let the buns rest for about 30 minutes, then brush the tops with melted butter. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet, covered with a towel to keep the buns soft (I used a wire rack, uncovered).

Sour cream cake “Rotten stump”. For the recipe you will need: For a mold with a diameter of 20 cm (in the photo the cake is assembled in a mold with a diameter of 16.5 cm) For the dough: 500 g flour 200 g butter 250 g sour cream (any fat content, I usually take 20%) 150 g sugar 2 small or 1 large chicken egg 5 g dry yeast or 10 g baking powder for dough For filling: 200 g dried apricots 200 g pitted prunes Sugar as desired and to taste For cream: 650 g 20% sour cream 250 g sugar or to taste 15 g powdered gelatin 150 g water 90 g of sugar for making meringue Grated chocolate for decorating the cake and gluing the meringue mushrooms PREPARATION: Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, the yolks will go into the dough, and from the whites we will prepare meringues for decorating the cake. Dissolve dry yeast in a small amount of warm water. If you use baking powder to loosen the dough, mix it with flour. For the dough, lightly beat the egg yolks, add sour cream, sugar, diluted yeast, melted butter and stir everything until smooth. Stir in the sifted flour and quickly knead into a soft dough. There is no need to knead the dough for a long time, just to achieve homogeneity. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour hot water over dried apricots and prunes and leave to swell, then strain and pass through a meat grinder. The filling is clearly sour, which I personally like, but you can add a little sugar if you wish. If the fruit mass is too thick, add a little strained liquid. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide into 8 approximately equal parts. Roll each part into a ball. Place the rolled dough in the refrigerator and take it out as you work. Roll each piece of dough into a thin tongue. The dough is sticky, so it is more convenient to roll it out between two layers of plastic wrap. Apply a thin, even layer of dried apricot or prune filling onto the rolled out dough. Using film, roll into a roll. Carefully transfer the roll to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 180 - 200 C until lightly golden (about 20 - 25 minutes). Immediately after baking, while still hot, cut off the uneven dry edges of the rolls, and cut the rest into pieces 3-4 cm thick. Dry the cut edges further, let cool, and then mash into crumbs, which we will later use to decorate the cake. Pour gelatin with cold water and let it swell, and then, with gentle heating, achieve complete dissolution, but do not boil. Beat sour cream with sugar. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour in the strained gelatin solution and stir. Place the rolls in layers in a mold lined with cling film, generously pouring sour cream over each layer. Leave a small amount of cream for assembling the cake. Leave the assembled cake at room temperature for 2 - 3 hours to soak, and then put it in the refrigerator until the sour cream has completely hardened. Beat the remaining egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a pastry syringe with a large round nozzle, pipe out the meringue in the shape of mushroom caps and legs, sprinkle with cocoa powder. Bake in an oven preheated to 110 - 130 C for 1 - 1.5 hours until dry and light. The finished meringues should easily separate from the baking paper. Let cool completely. Remove the cake from the refrigerator, remove the mold, and remove the film. Decorate the assembled cake as you wish. I coated the sides of the cake with the remaining sour cream (if the cream has thickened, you need to warm it up a little and it will become liquid again), and then sprinkled it with grated chocolate and prepared crumbs. Using melted chocolate, I glued together the legs - the caps of meringue mushrooms and glued them onto the cake with chocolate. Enjoy your tea!

9 Recipes for Pizza Lovers 1. Pizza with a Tasty Edge 2. Pizza “Wonderful” 3. Pizza at Home 4. Country Pizza 5. Pizza in a Pan in 10 Minutes 6. Great Pizza Dough 7. Pizza “Favourite” 8. Thin pizza dough 9. Pepperoni pizza 1. Pizza with a delicious edge Ingredients: -150ml warm water -0.5 tsp. sugar -0.5 tsp salt -2 tbsp. spoons of olive or vegetable oil -8 g of dry yeast (1 tsp) -1.5 tbsp. flour Preparation: Stir sugar in water, add yeast and put in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Sift the flour, add salt, butter and prepared yeast, knead the dough well, form a bun, put in a bowl, cover with film, put in a warm place until will not double in size (it takes about an hour). Divide in half, knead and roll out into circles, then add the filling and your imagination. Today I used sausages, cheese, bell peppers, pickles, tomato sauce and mayonnaise for the filling. I placed the sausages along the edges on the rolled out circle, cut them in half, folded the edges, and pinched them well. You can lay out not only sausages, but all the ingredients of any filling, finely chopped, pinch the edges, but you no longer need to cut them - you will get a pizza with a side. If with sausage, make cuts every 1-2 cm, turn the sausage upside down, and place the filling in the center of the pizza. Place in a hot oven at 200 C for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit! 2. Pizza “Wonderful” Ingredients: For the dough: 500 g flour, ½ glass of water, ½ glass of milk, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. spoons of melted creamy margarine, ½ packet of dry yeast, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, ½ tsp. salt. For filling: 2-3 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup, 6 sausages, 1 large onion, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 200 g hard cheese, 2 processed cheese, mayonnaise, ½ bunch of parsley. Preparation. Knead the yeast dough: mix dry yeast with flour, add warm water and milk, then an egg beaten with sugar and salt. Knead the dough constantly, add melted margarine at the end. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 20 minutes. Grate the hard cheese and finely chop the remaining ingredients. Roll out the dough into a thin (moderately) layer and place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate the workpiece with tomato paste or ketchup, sprinkle with onions, lay out pieces of sausages, peppers, and processed cheese. You can apply a mesh of mayonnaise. Place in a preheated room at 200 degrees. oven for 20 minutes. Then place tomato slices on the pizza, sprinkle with parsley and grated hard cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes. 3. Home-style pizza Ingredients: For filling - 250-300 g smoked sausages, ham or sausages (to taste), - 200 g mushrooms, - 200 g hard cheese, - 150 g semi-hard cheese, - 1 fresh tomato, - ½ onions, - fresh pepper, pickles, corn - to taste, - mayonnaise, - 3-4 tbsp. l. ketchup or tomato sauce, - Fresh herbs - for decoration. For the dough - 200-250 g of flour, - 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, - salt - to taste, - 1 tsp. dry yeast - 1 tbsp. warm water. Preparation: 1. Knead the dough. Mix flour with salt and dry yeast, then gradually add warm water, add olive oil and knead the dough. If you overdo it with water and the dough turns out too liquid, add a little more flour (in moderation so that the dough does not turn out hard). Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rest in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, covering the container with the dough with a towel. 2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into medium-thick slices, cut the onions and tomatoes into rings or half rings, smoked sausages into circles. If using ham, cut it into slices. Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater. If you mix two or more types of cheese to taste, your pizza will turn out piquant and original. Of course, you can use one type of your favorite cheese. 3. When the dough has rested, knead it and roll out a thin pizza crust. Please note: the dough should be soft and airy; if it sticks to your hands, do not rush to add a lot of flour, otherwise the pizza base will turn out hard when baking. 4. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. To prevent the pizza from burning, sprinkle a little flour on baking paper and then lay out the dough. Wrap the edges of the future pizza beautifully. 5. Grease the pizza crust with ketchup (mayonnaise, sauce) and add the filling. You can show your imagination and add whatever your heart desires to the pizza. The main thing is that the whole thing is covered with cheese on top. Delicious for homemade pizza: sausages, mushrooms, onion rings, a little corn, tomatoes, cheese. For a piquant taste - slices of pickled cucumbers or olives. Don't forget to coat the layers of toppings with mayonnaise to make the pizza juicy. But do not overdo it with the sauce so that the pizza does not leak while baking. 6. Bake the pizza for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Check readiness by checking the softness of the crust. Do not overcook the pizza, otherwise the dough may become too dry and hard. 7. Cut the finished pizza into portions, garnish with fresh herbs and serve. 4.Village pizza Ingredients: Dough: milk - 250 ml sugar - 2 tbsp. dry yeast - 1 sachet (11g) butter - 125g (melt) flour - 350-400g salt - 1/2 tsp. Place the dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until it doubles in volume, knead it and leave it to rise again (about another 30-40 minutes). Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a circle about 1cm thick and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment (the circles are about 28cm in diameter, only 1 fits on my baking sheet, so I baked them twice). Prepare the filling. Finely chop the greens, mix with cottage cheese, add salt and ground black pepper. Break the chicken fillet into fibers. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the dough circle with semolina (this is necessary to protect the dough from getting soggy). Spread cottage cheese with herbs over the surface of the dough, then chicken fillet and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Bon appetit! 5.Pizza in a frying pan in 10 minutes Ingredients: 4 tbsp. sour cream 4 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 eggs 9 tbsp. flour (without a slide, to the detriment) cheese Preparation: 1. And after 5 minutes we get luxurious dough that does not need to be rolled out, which stretches itself just like they do in real pizzerias. The dough turned out thin (the thickest part is in the photo - some kind of hump), tender, soft and very tasty! 7.Pizza “Lyubimitsa” Ingredients: For the dough: 2.5 cups flour, 3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, ½ packet of dry yeast, 1 glass of milk, salt. If only there were these recipes that I communized from a friend at OKushka, but where she got them, I have no idea and don’t ask. I wish I could stay in Cheroviki for a long time, but no, I need to shake it out, although I know for sure that you will soon mess with me, they will bore you to the point of nausea, but if you just hint, I will immediately put up secret locks so that no, no, no!

By the way, I cooked some things, a lot of them, of course, at the dacha, there’s no time for waste, but I want some goodies.

1. Lazy dumplings

Ingredients:

● 400 g of homogeneous cottage cheese;
● 1 egg;
● 3-4 full tbsp. spoons of flour;
● sugar to taste;
● salt for cooking;
● flour for topping

Preparation:
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead the dough. Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Make a sausage out of the dough. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Make small circles from the pieces with a notch in the center. Such a dent in the finished lazy dumpling will allow it to better retain butter or sour cream.

Place the pieces of dough in boiling water and cook the lazy dumplings in salted water for about two minutes after they float. Remove the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon. Add butter or sour cream before serving. Both children and adults will definitely like these lazy dumplings with cottage cheese.

2. Lazy pasties made from lavash.

It turned out so delicious that I didn’t even expect it! And most importantly - quickly!
Ingredients and preparation:
You will need these thin pita breads. They may be smaller or larger in diameter - it doesn’t matter. Can be cut to desired size.
The main thing is that they are thin!
I cut them in half.
Minced meat as usual: twist the meat, onion, add salt and pepper. If dry, add water.
Spread thinly minced meat on one half (about 1 tbsp).
Cover with the other half.
And press it a little with your hand.
Fry for rast. oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Don't add too much oil, otherwise it will be too greasy.
If you don’t have time for anything serious, I recommend making these lazy pasties!

3. Hot sandwiches "Sloths"

Probably everyone has leftover mashed potatoes and, as always, you think: where to shove it. I suggest making this lazy dish. You can call them lazy pies, or hot sandwiches. But the point is not in the name, but in the fact that it is very tasty.
We have bread or loaf or lavash, whatever we have on hand.

Ingredients:

Mass-1
-Puree-200 gr
-Egg-1 piece
-Mayonnaise-2 tbsp
-Green onion-1 bunch
-Pepper

Mass-2
-Cheese TV-100 gr
-Mayonnaise-3 tbsp
-Dill
-Pepper

4. Lazy Wife Dumpling Casserole

Ingredients:
Frozen dumplings - 800 g
Onions - 2-3 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g

2. Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add the onion and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

4. Place the dumplings in the pan in one layer. Salt and pepper.
5. Place fried onions on top.
6. Beat chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper. Add Mayo
7. Beat well.
8. Pour the egg-mayonnaise mixture over the dumplings.
9. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
10. The last layer is grated cheese. Place the pan in the oven on the middle shelf.
11. Bake the dumpling casserole at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
12. Sprinkle the finished Lazy Wife casserole with chopped fresh herbs.

5. Cheese cookies in 15 minutes

For the test:

0.5 tsp soda
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
flour until the dough becomes thick, like for pancakes

For filling:
minced meat
onion
garlic
salt pepper
If desired, you can add green onions and herbs

Cooking method:

1. Heat kefir until warm (28-30 C), add soda, stir, add salt, sugar and stir again, leave to stand for one minute.
2. Then gradually add flour, constantly kneading so that the dough is as thick as homemade sour cream (the dough should be moderately thick).
3. Add minced meat to the finished dough in a 1:1 ratio, mix well and fry in preheated vegetable oil (the thickness of the oil layer is about 0.5-1 cm).

9. “Minute” cake in the oven quickly.

Ingredients:
Flour - 1.5 Cups
Egg - 2 pieces
Sour cream - 1 Cup (+ in cream)
Sugar - 1 Cup (+ in cream)
Soda - 0.5 teaspoons

Cooking method:
Mix a glass of sugar and sour cream, add eggs to them and beat the mixture until foam forms.
Sift the flour and mix with soda, add the flour to the sour cream mass, knead the dough to a homogeneous consistency.
Carefully transfer the prepared dough into a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 200-250 degrees. After just 10-15 minutes, you can check whether our cake layer is ready by piercing it with a match. If the match turns out to be dry, remove the pan from the oven and let the cake cool a little.
We cut the cake into several layers and grease each with sour cream whipped with sugar. If time permits, you can also prepare cream from condensed milk, butter and cocoa and decorate our cake with it. If you don’t have time, you can simply coat it with sour cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts that you can find at home.

Then into the oven. until the cabbage is ready!

11. "Lazy" Khychans

Khychany is a dish of Ossetian cuisine. This is the name for closed flatbreads with various fillings.
If you choose meat and potatoes as a filling, you will get the most “male dish” possible.

The proposed recipe belongs to the category of a “quick dish”, as it involves the use of ready-made (store-bought) dough. Nevertheless, Khychan tastes excellent.

Ingredients:

1 package of ready-made pie dough (yeast)
chopped meat
onion 1/2 bulb
potatoes - 4-6 medium sized potatoes
milk
butter
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt, pepper to taste
greens optional

Preparation:

Thaw the dough and leave in a warm place for several hours - rise

Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes - peel, cut the potatoes (to cook faster) and boil in salted water.
Then mash by adding butter and milk (or water).

Fry minced meat with onions in vegetable oil.

When the dough has risen, form it into flat cakes. Place minced meat and mashed potatoes in the center of each flatbread, sprinkle with herbs.
Seal the edges of the flatbread as if it were white. The only difference is that there should be no holes left - this is a completely closed pie.
Turn the resulting cake over, seam side down, and gently roll it with a rolling pin (or press it with your hands), giving the cake a slightly flat shape.

Bake the flatbreads in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Over medium heat so that the dough has time to fry. Fry on both sides.

Fast and easy. This dish has only one drawback - it disappears very quickly.

12. Cabbage pie for the lazy

Ingredients:
● cabbage – about 0.5 kg
● vegetable oil - for greasing the mold
● butter – 50 g
● baking powder – 5 g
● flour – about 6 tbsp. heaped spoon
● egg – 3 pcs.
● salt – 0.5-1 tsp. (depending on your taste)
● sour cream – 5 tbsp. spoons
● mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons
● black pepper – to taste

Preparation:
Chop the cabbage finely and mash it with your hands. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place cabbage in it. Place butter cut into thin slices on top and pepper.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Add baking powder and mix again. Add flour little by little. The quantity indicated in the recipe is approximate. As a result, the dough should turn out like quite thick sour cream. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour - otherwise you won’t be able to fill the filling with dough.

Pour the batter evenly over the cabbage filling. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The finished pie should be lightly browned and golden brown. By the way, I tried to cook exactly the same pie several times with zucchini cut into small cubes. If the cabbage version can be eaten all year round, then in the summer I recommend trying the version with zucchini.

2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the potato mixture with grated cheese and place a sausage on the edge. Roll the pita bread into a roll. Fry the rolls in vegetable oil on all sides.

18. Lazy brizolki

A hearty breakfast, a delicious lunch or dinner - this dish is suitable for all three occasions; preparing lazy brizol in the oven is not at all difficult, but you will see for yourself how many positive impressions there are from it! Lazy brizol has only one drawback: once you start eating it, it is very, very difficult to stop. It's very tasty.

If you are not yet familiar with this amazing method of frying and serving, invented by French chefs, then this recipe for making lazy brizol in the oven will be a real discovery for you. Well, if you have ever cooked brizol, then perhaps this recipe will still be interesting to you, because here we will fry the eggs and put the filling in them, but we will also bake it all in the oven. In fact, despite the simplicity of preparation and the banality of the ingredients, the dish turns out delicious, incredibly tasty and very satisfying.

Egg (raw) - 3 pcs.
Minced chicken - 200 g
Milk - 3 tsp.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper

Mix one egg with one teaspoon of milk, add a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture into a heated, oiled frying pan and fry on both sides like a regular pancake. This way we make three egg pancakes. Minced meat (can be chopped), salt and pepper. Place the minced meat on the pancake. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Let's twist this thing into a kind of roll. Place the resulting rolls on a greased baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180*C for 30-40 minutes. Cut it into your usual portions and eat.

19. Lazy Zucchini Lasagna Casserole

Delicious quick dinner. The sauce is like in real lasagna, but instead of sheets there is pasta. While it was hot, it looked like lasagna, juicy, liquid sauce. Then it stood, got stronger, and became like a casserole.

Products:

Minced meat 0.5 kg
onion 2 pcs.
1 cup tomato sauce (can be replaced with fresh tomatoes)
any pasta 200 g (I used shells)
zucchini 3 small
any cheese 150 g
egg 1 pc.
milk or sour cream 0.5 cups
tomato 1 pc.
salt
pepper
greenery

Preparation:

Let the pasta cook. At this time, fry the minced meat with onions (I fry it raw, it’s juicier and tastier), add tomato sauce, herbs, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
Cut the zucchini into rings 1 cm thick, add salt and lightly simmer in a Teflon frying pan without oil. Maybe you can put raw ones, but I played it safe.
Mix pasta with half the grated cheese and place in a greased pan.

Place a layer of minced meat on top, then lay out zucchini slices.

Beat the egg with milk, pour this mixture over everything, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and add tomato slices.

I sprinkled with a mixture of French herbs. Just in case, I put the mold in a baking sleeve.

Preheat oven to 200* Bake until golden brown. I baked it for 35 minutes.

20. Quick chicken soup

Number of servings: 2 pcs.

Boiled carrots - 10 pcs.
Boiled chicken meat - 200 g
Greens - to taste
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste

2. Place meat, carrots, greens and eggs in tureens. Pour in hot broth.
3. Salt and pepper. Decorate with greens.

21. Meat for the lazy

Ingredients:

● Minced meat - 500 g
● Onions (optional) - 1 pc.
● Champignons (canned sliced, small) - 1 jar.
● Hard cheese - 200-250 g
● Bread (white, stale) - 1 slice.
● Mayonnaise - 100 g
● Milk (or water) - 0.5 cup.

Preparation:

Bread (preferably it is bread, not a loaf, and the slice should be thick enough, 2 cm) without crusts, soak in milk, then squeeze lightly. Mix bread with minced meat. Add peeled and chopped onion. This is optional, you can do without it, but, in my opinion, onions add juiciness to minced meat products. Pass everything together through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and, if desired, ground meat seasoning.

But you have to be careful, because... the thick cheese crust on the casserole also adds saltiness. Mix the minced meat thoroughly. Place the minced meat in a mold greased with vegetable oil and smooth it out. Grease with mayonnaise. Spread the mushrooms evenly on top. Now cover everything with grated cheese. Place the casserole in a hot oven. Bake at 180*C for 40-50 minutes. When the fragrant cheese crust appears, the dish is ready.

Simmer all this in vegetable oil a little, then put the roses on it, add water not quite to the middle of the dumplings, and bring to readiness under the lid.
