You will need:

  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons
  • lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • hot pepper - to taste

How to cook

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Press the garlic and add to the oil.
  3. Add pepper.
  4. If desired, chop any greens into the sauce.
