  6. Chop the nuts after drying them in a frying pan or in the oven.
  7. Prepare the dressing: mix garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. You can add a spoonful of mayonnaise, but the taste will be good without it.
  8. Add chicken fillet to the lettuce leaves, pour dressing on top.
  9. Instead of dressing, you can use Caesar dressing or mayonnaise.
  10. Add eggs, tomatoes and croutons, sprinkle cheese shavings on top. These components are not mixed, but simply laid out in random order to create a harmonious composition.
  11. The salad is served immediately after cooking.
