How to prepare a delicious “Woman’s Dream” salad with chicken and ham:

Peel the boiled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and grate the whites with the first layer on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise mesh.

The second layer is chicken fillet, fried in vegetable oil with the addition of a small amount of salt and ground black pepper. Do not overcook the chicken to prevent it from becoming dry.   3. We wash the fillet, fill it with fresh water, add a little salt and now cook until the meat is cooked, that is, softened.
  4. In a smaller saucepan, cook the eggs for at least 10 minutes until the yolk is completely set.
  5. While the breast removed from the broth cools, let's start with the ham. It needs to be cut into thin strips.
  6. Eggs, chicken and cucumber - in approximately the same stripes.
  7. We grind the cheese using a coarse grater or also cut it into strips - both options are quite acceptable.
  8. When all the products are chopped, mix them and season with mayonnaise with the addition of hot mustard seeds, which will add piquancy to the salad, highlighting the taste of the meat.

Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken breast – 250 g;
  • Ham - 200 g;
  • Canned corn – 1 can;
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 medium green;

  • Hard boiled eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese “Radomer” – 150 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
  • Full-fat sour cream – 1 tbsp.

Preparing a layered salad of chicken breast and ham with prunes

  1. Cut the chicken flesh into strips, not too finely.
  2. After washing the cucumber and wiping it with a towel to remove moisture, cut the vegetable into short strips.
  3. Remove the shell from boiled eggs and cut into thin slices.
  4. Fill the prunes with water slightly warmer than room temperature and leave to stand for half an hour. Then place the dried fruits on a paper napkin and gently blot them.
  5. We also cut the plums and ham into strips.

The main ingredient in this salad is poultry fillet ham. It is softer and more structured than pork, but less juicy, which means we will need more mayonnaise or its substitute - unsweetened yogurt.

If honey mushrooms are not found on the store shelf or in your own cellar, canned young champignons will also do.

  • Honey mushrooms in marinade – 1 jar;
  • Chicken ham – 300 g;
  • Jacket potatoes - 3 medium tubers;

How to make a quick and easy salad with chicken ham and mushrooms

  1. We remove the peel from the boiled potatoes, and in the meantime we have eggs boiling in a saucepan. To make them hard-boiled, they need to be cooked over high heat for 10-12 minutes. When the eggs have cooled, remove the shells.
  2. Place the mushrooms in a colander to drain the marinade and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Finely chop the washed and dried onion, and cut the remaining products into thin short strips.
