  • Herring fillet – 250 g
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • For the test:
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Water – 1 tbsp.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. with a slide
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Boiled beets – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves optional
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
  • Boil beets and potatoes separately.
  • Beets, onions, potatoes, eggs are cut into small cubes.
