Pastry sausage, the recipe for which is quite simple, is one of the most popular home cooking dishes. Despite the fact that each housewife prepares it in her own way, adding different ingredients, even a child can do it. It is not known for certain who, how and when invented this dessert, but the recipe very quickly spread throughout the Soviet Union, ended up in the notebooks of housewives and does not lose its relevance to this day. So, how to prepare pastry sausage? Today we bring to your attention several delicacy options. All of them are not complicated, and purchasing the ingredients is also not difficult.

Chocolate sausage made from cookies

Many housewives most often prepare this dessert in the winter, which is rich in various holidays associated with the arrival of guests. The cooking time is no more than 20-30 minutes.

The recipe for confectionery sausage made from cookies requires the following ingredients: 1 kilogram of ordinary tea cookies (you can use Strawberry, Sugar, Jubilee or any other to your taste), one and a half glasses of sugar, 4 tablespoons of milk, 100 grams of cocoa powder, 400 grams of margarine , two chicken eggs and a handful of raisins.

Cooking process

First you need to chop all the cookies into small pieces. Mix granulated sugar with cocoa powder, add milk and stir well. Melt the margarine and beat the eggs to eggnog, adding a handful of sugar. Add a mixture of sugar, cocoa and milk to a container with melted margarine, stir and gradually add beaten eggs. Place this mass on low heat and bring to a boil, then pour it into the crushed cookies and mix well, add raisins. If the consistency is a bit runny, you can add a little biscuit so that our sausage sticks together well. Divide the resulting mass into 4-5 parts. We form sausages from them, wrap them in cellophane and put them in the refrigerator. Moreover, it is recommended to use cling film, since when unpacking the dessert, the foil may stick to the dough in places and tear, which will complicate the process. In a few hours, the delicious confectionery sausage is ready. The recipe is very easy to prepare, and the dessert will not leave either children or adults indifferent. Bon appetit!

Pastry sausage: recipe with condensed milk

To prepare this delicious dessert we will need the following ingredients: 600 grams of cookies (you can take six packs of regular tea cookies of 100 grams each), a can of sweet condensed milk, 200 grams of butter (it should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes room temperature by the moment you start cooking), 7 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 50 grams of walnuts and 100 grams of pre-roasted hazelnuts.

Cooking process

Using a masher or other suitable object, crush the cookies until they form coarse crumbs. It’s not scary if the mass contains slightly larger pieces. Grind hazelnuts and walnuts with a blender in pulsating mode. Mix nuts, cocoa powder and cookies in one container. Add softened butter, condensed milk and mix well. Since a fork or spoon is not suitable for this, we perform this procedure with our hands. Divide the resulting mass into three or four parts, which we place on cling film and roll into sausage bars. If you want to give the dish a festive look, you can additionally wrap it in foil and tie it with multi-colored thin twine. After this, we put our sausage in the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, cut it into medium-thick slices.

Pastry sausage, the recipe for which we have just described, is a fairly high-calorie dish. In this regard, it is recommended to use this product carefully for people watching their figure. The calorie content of this dessert is 460 kcal per 100 grams. As for the number of servings, the specified amount of ingredients produces three bars weighing 600-700 grams each.

How to make pastry sausage without cookies and sugar

It turns out that this dish can be prepared not only according to the classic recipe, using cookies, sugar and/or condensed milk. Resourceful housewives have figured out how to make chocolate sausage from ingredients you have on hand. We bring to your attention one of these recipes.

Ingredients for pastry sausage

To prepare this dessert we will need the following products: several dried crusts of bread, 1.5 tablespoons of natural cocoa powder, 1.5 tablespoons of fructose, previously ground into powder in a blender, 100 ml of cream, a small piece of butter, although you can do without and without it, since the cream itself is already quite fatty.

Cooking process

To begin with, we break some of the bread crusts with our hands, and grind some with a blender. Mix cocoa powder and fructose powder in a separate container and pour hot cream melted in a water bath. Add bread crusts, a piece of butter and mix well. Place the resulting mass on cling film or parchment, wrap it in sausage and put it in the refrigerator. After a few hours, the dessert can be cut and served. This dish goes well with tea or milk. It should be noted that this version of confectionery sausage has a rich cocoa taste, and due to the fact that we used fructose and bread instead of sugar and cookies, the dessert is not very sweet. Therefore, if you consider yourself a sweet tooth, then it is better to stick to a recipe that includes ingredients such as condensed milk, sugar and cookies.

Pastry sausage: another recipe

If you expect guests to arrive in a couple of hours, and you have several packs of cookies and cocoa powder in stock, then you can whip up an excellent dessert.

Ingredients

To prepare this dish we need: half a kilo of fresh or dry cookies (for example, Zoological or Maria), 200 grams of butter, a glass of sugar (if you have a sweet tooth, you can take a little more), 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a handful chopped walnuts.

Process of making chocolate sausage

First, grind the cookies in a mortar or other container. You can do this by hand. It is important that the cookies do not turn into powder, but are in the form of small pieces. In a separate bowl, mix the heated butter with cocoa powder and sugar until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add crushed cookies and walnuts to it. Mix everything well. As a result, you should get a homogeneous thick mass. We put it on cellophane and roll it into a sausage shape, then put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours. A delicious dessert in a hurry is ready!

As you can see, confectionery sausage at home is prepared quickly, simply and does not require the use of expensive ingredients. We hope that our recipes will be useful to you, and you will delight yourself, your family and guests with a delicious dessert that we have known since childhood.

Pastry sausage recipes

I recently posted a post here - . So I decided to make my own sausage using this recipe. I apologize for not checking it right away..... But so many people quoted it that it’s embarrassing....
In general, I decided to make it yesterday))) Before that, my husband called his mother and asked her for the recipe. It turns out that water also goes there!!! And you have to melt everything first, and then put in the cookies!!!
But I did everything according to the recipe!!! As a result, there is no shape... We eat with spoons))) Moreover, the sugar is unevenly distributed....
And I came to the conclusion - you need to melt everything first, and only then put the cookies in!!! Therefore, today I offer several of my favorite recipes (there are also ones with milk - mmm!!!).

The first one is for my mother-in-law!

1. "Sweet log."

2 tbsp. cocoa; 4 tbsp. l. water; 1 tbsp. vodka, cognac or wine, liqueur (if you wish!); 1 tbsp. sugar, 200 grams of butter - heat everything and stir.
1 raw egg, 400 grams of cookies, 200 grams of nuts (you can have marmalade). Stir, let cool and put everything in a bag.

2. Ingredients for "Confectionery sausage" from povarenok.ru.

Cookies (preferably with nuts) - 0.5 kg
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
Butter - 25 g
Water - 400 ml

Finely break the cookies; if the cookies are ordinary, then it is better to add nuts.
Making fudge. You can cook it with milk, but I cook it with water. I use 2 times less cocoa than sugar. Pour boiling water over it and add a piece of butter.
The main thing is not to let it come to a boil, otherwise it will run away.
The fudge turns out liquid, you can add less water, the softness of the sausage depends on this (my husband likes it soft). Let it cool a little and mix with cookies.
Wrap the sausage in parchment or tracing paper. Place in the refrigerator overnight. And in the morning you can already eat.

3. Sausage with condensed milk.

* butter cookies - 700 g
* condensed milk with sugar - 350 g
* butter - 200 g
* green and yellow marmalade - 200 g
1. Leave the butter for 1 hour at room temperature, then beat, gradually adding condensed milk.
2. Pass the cookies through a meat grinder.
3. Finely chop the marmalade.
5. Mix the cookies with the prepared cream, add marmalade, wrap the mixture in parchment, giving the product an elongated shape.
6. Keep the roll in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
8. Before serving, cut into slices and place on a plate.
9. Now you can serve tea, preferably not sweet, because... There is more than enough sugar in the sausage.

4.
* 400 g cookies
* 200 g walnuts
* 1.5 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 6 tablespoons milk
* 200 g butter
1. Grind (but not too much) nuts and cookies. It’s better to take “aged” cookies so that they don’t crumble into mush.
2. Make hot chocolate from milk, sugar and cocoa. When it boils, add oil there.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and add nuts and cookies.
4. Let it cool, but not too much, otherwise the butter will separate and it will be difficult to form a “sausage”, and pieces of butter in it are also not good :)
5. Place on film, wrap tightly and put in the freezer for half an hour.
6. Store in the freezer too.

5.
500g cookies, 1 tbsp. l. milk, 300g nuts, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp.
l. cocoa, 300g butter.
Bring milk and sugar to a boil, add cocoa and butter.
Pass the cookies and nuts through a meat grinder, mix everything,
Wrap it in cellophane in the shape of a sausage and place it in the refrigerator.

6. "Sausage"
-200 grams of butter, 1 glass of sand, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 egg, cookies, such as "Jubilee" -200 grams. Heat the oil, add sand + cocoa. Once it cools down a little, beat in one egg. Mix everything. Then add finely broken cookies. Mix everything. Place on cellophane in the shape of a sausage and put in the freezer.

7. Confectionery chocolate sausage.

Ingredients:
300-400 g - the most ordinary shortbread cookies
200 g – butter
1 cup sugar (less to taste)
3 tbsp. spoons – cocoa (or chocolate)
0.5 cups – milk
1 cup – walnuts, raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots (to taste)
condensed milk - you can add it if you have it

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add milk, sugar, cocoa (pre-melted chocolate) and cook for 1 minute. Then add crumbled cookies, nuts (raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots). Mix everything, place the mixture on foil (cling film) and wrap it into a sausage shape. Then place the resulting cubes in the freezer for a couple of hours.

In general, the recipe leaves room for imagination, because... It works on the residual principle - whatever is left in the house or what you want, you put into a delicacy (naturally, I mean products that are similar in taste).

Bon appetit!

It’s quite simple to prepare a delicious homemade dessert that will please all family members. To do this, you don’t even need to use the oven and knead the dough. Chocolate sausage, familiar from childhood, can become both an addition to a drink and an independent “dish”.
