Keep the pate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Boiled beet sandwich paste with nuts

We need

  • Boiled beets – 2 pcs. small size;
  • Walnuts, roasted – 100 g;
  • Hard cheese, finely grated – 2 tbsp;
  • Butter, soft – 30 g;
  • Salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar - to taste.

Sandwich paste for the New Year's table

We need

  • Leaves (without thick stems!) of parsley - from about the 1st middle bunch;
  • Walnuts, roasted – 100 g;
  • Cold pressed olive oil – 100 ml;
  • Hard cheese, finely grated – 2-3 tbsp;
  • Zest from 1 lemon;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Carrot spread on sandwiches for the New Year's table

For New Year's spread you will need

  • Raw carrots – 1 pc. medium size;
  • Boiled champignon caps (no more than 10 minutes) – 3-4 pcs.;
  • Butter, soft - 1 tbsp;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater – 100 g;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

You can add powder from ground dried mushrooms.

Cheese spread on sandwiches with pistachios

Ingredients

  • Processed cheese (fat content from 45%) – 2 pcs.;
  • Finely chopped pistachios – 70 g;
  • Classic mayonnaise, light – 2 tbsp;
  • Butter, soft – 50 g;
  • Garlic – 2-3 medium-sized cloves;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

  5. Place the canapes on a large dish, the bottom of which is covered with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the sandwiches.


These sandwiches are prepared very quickly, and in addition to their exquisite taste, they are also very healthy, especially if you use grain bread instead of black bread.

Ingredients:

  • avocado – half of the fruit;
  • lightly salted salmon – 200 grams;
  • lemon – half a citrus;
  • cream cheese – 5 tablespoons;
  • salt to taste;
  • rye bread - 3 large slices.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
  2. Peel the avocado and mash with a fork until smooth.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix with the avocado mixture and add salt.
  4. Cut off the crusts from the bread.
  5. Make one large sandwich: spread a slice of bread with avocado paste, cover with another slice of bread on top. Grease it with soft cream cheese and place a piece of salmon. Grease the next piece of bread with cheese butter and cover the fish with it.
  6. Wrap the finished sandwich in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serving, cut the sandwich into miniature sandwiches.

Sandwiches with red and black caviar for New Year 2017

Ingredients:

  • red and black caviar – 4 tablespoons each;
  • baguette - 1 piece;
  • red onion – 1 piece;
  • potatoes - 2 pieces;

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the baguette into pieces no wider than 1.5 centimeters.
  2. Boil or bake potatoes in their skins. Cool, peel, cut into thin slices.
  3. Chop the red onion into small pieces.
  4. Spread baguette slices with a layer of butter or cheese. Place potatoes on top.
  5. Place caviar on top of the potatoes and distribute evenly over the surface.
  6. The dish is finished off with an artistic touch of emerald green wasabi.

Arrange on a large plate alternately, alternating slices of bread with red and black caviar.
