  • Wash and cut the champignons into pieces. Fry mushrooms in a multicooker in the “Baking” mode. Add zucchini and onion to the champignons and fry until soft. Vegetables and mushrooms can be fried not in a slow cooker, but in a frying pan over low heat.
  • Place the fried vegetables on a plate. Place the chicken breast, cut into cubes, into the slow cooker and simmer a little.
  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Place potatoes in a multicooker container, greased with oil, and mushroom filling on top.
  • Combine sour cream with a few tablespoons of water. Pour the sour cream mixture over the filling.
  • Peel and chop the garlic and add to the casserole. Add another layer of potatoes. Sprinkle all layers with salt and pepper.
  • Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the casserole. Cook the dish for 50 minutes in the “Baking” mode.
  • Serve hot potato casserole with mushrooms and champignons in a slow cooker with fresh vegetables and a green salad.
