    • Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons;
    • Water – 200 ml;
    • Garlic – 4 cloves;
    • Salt – 2 teaspoons;
    • Large beets - 2 pieces.

    Cooking steps:

    1. Cook the vegetable until fully cooked and cool.
    2. Grate the beets on a fine grater.
    3. Add semolina.
    4. Knead the dough thoroughly.
    5. Grate the garlic or pass through a press.
    6. Salt and pepper should be added to taste.
    7. Let it brew for half an hour.
    8. Add flour immediately, sifting through a sieve to avoid lumps.
    9. Pour in sunflower oil in a thin stream.
    10. Mix thoroughly, bringing to the required consistency.
