How to make heart-shaped sugar buns

  • Sifted flour – 1 kg,
  • Eggs – 3 pieces,
  • Milk – 300 ml,
  • Granulated sugar in the dough - 0.5 cups,
  • Butter – 80 grams per dough,
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons into the dough,
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Dry instant yeast - 10 grams,
  • Vanillin – 1 gram,
  • Cinnamon,
  • Raisin,
  • Sugar for sprinkling - to taste
  • 100 grams butter for greasing the dough.
  • Oil for greasing the baking sheet.

Cooking process:

Mix the yeast with a few tablespoons of warm milk and let stand.
Melt the butter and add to the milk.

You should not pack it tightly; the yeast dough will increase in volume during proofing.

But in order to make buns, you need to roll out the dough like pies - into small round cakes. Brush each flatbread with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Then we roll it into a roll and fold the resulting roll in half.

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir.

Add vanillin to flour.

Then baking powder for the dough.

Pour milk with yeast into flour.

Add melted butter. It should be at room temperature, but under no circumstances hot.

After this, beat in two eggs.

Knead the dough. First, stir it with a spoon. After this, mix it with your hands, adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to it. Thanks to the oil, the dough will not stick to your hands.

Let the finished dough rise for one hour. During this time, the dough will rise well, and the baked goods will turn out porous and airy.

Now you can begin the actual production yeast dough buns. Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 6-7 cm.
