Dry cookie cake. Cake with cookies and condensed milk without baking - how to cook deliciously according to recipes with photos. Quick dessert

Hello, dear friends and subscribers! I think each of you had a favorite treat as a child. My favorite was condensed milk, I especially liked the homemade boiled one. I have maintained my passion for this product to this day. I also have a weakness for quick homemade sweets that don’t require a lot of fuss with the oven and dough. And one day I came across a recipe for how to make a cake with condensed milk without baking, quickly and easily. This kind of treat is always received with a bang in my family!

Once upon a time, condensed milk, according to GOST, was sold in iron cans with a blue label. It had to be cooked for several hours, making sure that the container did not burst. But the result was simply amazing. It was enough to grease a piece of loaf with the resulting cream and enjoy the most delicious cake. Today, condensed milk is sold already in a boiled state. But if you wish, you can do it the old fashioned way - put the jar in water and boil over medium heat for 2-2.5 hours, constantly adding water.

The range of purchased baked goods that can serve as the basis for a cake is very large. You can take shortbread, puff pastry, sponge cookies, Oreos, crackers, gingerbread cookies, waffle cakes and much more. A delicious dessert can be made even from crackers, especially if you take sweet vanilla or poppy seeds.

You can experiment with the filling. For example, add nuts, raisins, coconut, bananas or other fruits.

And I want to offer you the simplest and most delicious recipes. They can be prepared both for a holiday and for a regular family tea party.

“Anthill” of cookies with condensed milk and butter - a classic recipe in 10 minutes

This is my favorite delicacy from childhood, which my mother and grandmother often pleased me with. In the classic version, you need to bake the base yourself, but here we will use a simplified version. Any cookie is suitable for preparation - the main thing is that it is fresh and breaks well. And the whole process will take you no more than 10 minutes.

Required Products:

  • 500 g cookies;
  • 200 g walnuts;
  • 350 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 50 g butter.

How to cook:

1. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs. To speed up the process, you can use a masher or rolling pin. Place the product in a plastic bag and roll it well with a rolling pin several times.

2. Crush the nuts into pieces and combine with the crushed cookies.

Do not crush nuts and cookies into fine crumbs; they should be of different sizes, but small.

3. Mix butter at room temperature with condensed milk and beat with a submersible blender or mixer. You can’t do without household appliances here, since the cream should be a homogeneous, smooth mass.

4. Pour the resulting cream into the mixture with cookies and nuts. Mix well, then place in a heap on a plate. You can decorate the top with chocolate or nuts. Place in the refrigerator for several hours.

No-bake gingerbread cake with condensed milk and sour cream

This dessert is my good friend's signature dish. To adjust the sweetness, you can slightly change the proportions of the ingredients. For example, add a little more sour cream and less condensed milk, or vice versa. Instead of regular gingerbreads, take chocolate ones or ones with filling. I think a little jam or marmalade in the recipe wouldn’t hurt :)

You will need:

  • 250 g condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 10 large gingerbread cookies.

Sequencing:

1. Cover a deep plate with cling film or polyethylene so that it extends beyond the edges. Cut the gingerbreads lengthwise into two parts.

2. Beat sour cream with condensed milk with a blender or mixer. Place the gingerbread halves on a lined plate, cut side up, in a single layer.

3. Lubricate the top with the resulting cream. Place a second layer of gingerbread and pour the sour cream mixture over again.

4. Alternate layers until you run out of ingredients.

The last layer must be coated with cream, otherwise the delicacy on top will turn out dry.

Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to harden. Once time has passed, transfer it to a flat plate. This is done very simply - cover the container with the cake with a plate and turn the structure upside down. After this, all that remains is to remove the mold and remove the film. Pour aromatic tea and enjoy the deliciousness 😉

Cake "Napoleon" without baking from ear cookies with boiled condensed milk

I really love making this dessert according to the classic recipe: with thin cake layers and delicate custard. True, you need to spend almost a whole day preparing such a miracle. I can afford this luxury on major holidays. If you want to make a quick “Napoleon” for a family tea party, I recommend this option. Condensed milk, sour cream and puff pastry “ears” - and the amazing delicacy is ready!

List of ingredients:

  • 700 g “ears”;
  • 3 tbsp. boiled condensed milk;
  • 700 g sour cream;
  • 0.5 cups sugar;
  • 2 g vanilla sugar.

Step-by-step recipe with photos:

1. Using a mixer, beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add condensed milk little by little and beat well again until stiff peaks appear.

2. Line a removable pan with parchment. Place the “ears” on the bottom in one layer, so that there is as little empty space as possible.

3. Grease the cookies with cream, place a second layer and cover them with cream again.

To get a real “Napoleon”, you need to lay out at least 4 smeared layers of “ears”. There should be sour cream on top.

4. To decorate, crush the remaining cookies into crumbs (using a blender or rolling pin) and sprinkle over the tops.

Leave the pan in the refrigerator for several hours (ideally overnight) so that the layers are well soaked. And the next day, take out the dessert and please your loved ones with a wonderful treat with tea.

How to make a simple cake from cookies with cottage cheese and condensed milk?

Cottage cheese is a very healthy product, especially for a growing organism. But children often flatly refuse to eat it. If you encounter such a problem, try making a cookie treat with curd cream and condensed milk. Compared to the sweet ingredients, the taste of the curd is absolutely unnoticeable, so the kids will simply be delighted.

Delicious marshmallow cake with condensed milk - quick recipe

Marshmallows are another ideal option for the base of a treat. It turns out not only tasty, but very tender and airy, with a filling that melts in your mouth. You can take marshmallows of any color and shape, and also experiment with flavors. The stores sell not only the classic product, but also banana-flavored sweets, creme brulee, etc.

Ingredients for the dish:

  • 400-500 g marshmallows;
  • 200 g condensed milk;
  • 100 g butter;
  • nuts, cookie crumbs or chocolate chips (for decoration).

Step-by-step preparation:

1. Beat the butter with condensed milk using a blender or mixer until smooth.

2. Divide the marshmallows into halves. Place them in the first layer on a plate, flat side down.

There should be as few empty spaces as possible between the halves (they can be filled with marshmallow pieces).

3. Coat the marshmallow layer with cream. Make the second, third and remaining layers in the same way until you run out of ingredients.

Top with cookie crumbs, chocolate chips or nuts and refrigerate for 20 to 60 minutes.

How to make a cake without an oven from Rybka crackers and condensed milk?

I call this dessert “Lazy Fish” because fish-shaped crackers work best for it. But you can also use other layered cookies (not salted). Children really enjoy the cooking process, so you can take the kids as helpers.

Required Products:

  • 300-350 g “Fish” crackers;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 500 g sour cream;
  • 1 packet of vanillin;
  • sugar to taste.

How to do:

1. Beat sour cream, condensed milk and sugar with a mixer or blender.

You don't have to add sugar if you don't like too sweet desserts.

2. Place the crackers in a container, pour in sour cream and stir until it covers all the cookies well.

If you wish, you can add nuts, raisins or coconut flakes (while mixing all the ingredients or as a topping). And leave in the refrigerator for several hours.

Waffle cake made from ready-made cake layers with condensed milk

What could be simpler and tastier than a dessert made from wafer cakes with boiled condensed milk? This classic version is prepared in a matter of minutes and will please all those with a sweet tooth. The most difficult part of cooking is waiting several hours for the waffles to soak well.

You will need:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 1.5 cans of condensed milk;
  • ready-made waffle cakes;
  • nuts, coconut or chocolate chips (optional).

Cooking process:

1. Beat butter with boiled condensed milk until smooth.

2. Spread the cakes well with the resulting cream, decorate and leave for 1-2 hours to soak.

To ensure that the cake is well soaked, you can put it under a press - in this case, there is no need to grease the top cake.

Sweet dessert of meringue without baking with condensed milk and butter cream

An original version of the classic “Anthill” from my mother-in-law. Instead of cookies, you need to take meringue, ready-made or baked yourself. I made it from regular store-bought white cakes. If you find colored meringue with nuts or some kind of filling, it will turn out even tastier.

Required Products:

  • 200 g meringue;
  • 400 g boiled condensed milk;
  • 110 g butter;
  • 60 g of any nuts;
  • 2 tbsp. grated chocolate.

Cooking method:

1. Dry the nuts a little in a dry frying pan, grind in a blender or using a rolling pin so that you get fine crumbs.

2. Beat the condensed milk with butter until you get a homogeneous cream of a beautiful golden hue.

3. Grease the meringue with cream on all sides and place in any suitable container in one dense layer without empty spaces. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

4. Form a second layer of meringue in the same way as the first. Coat each cake with cream and place tightly on the surface.

5. Repeat the procedure until you run out of food and the top can be made into a slide.

If you want a more original treat, try alternating nut crumbs with coconut flakes. Or just use a different type of nut for each layer (walnuts, peanuts, cashews, etc.).

No-bake banana cake - recipe from cookies with condensed milk

Bananas are a great texture for this type of dessert. The fruit will not spoil it with a large amount of juice, and at the same time it will give a touch of freshness and tenderness. You can use any base, but it works best with chocolate or biscuit cookies (tastes like tiramisu).

Required ingredients:

  • 400-500 g cookies;
  • 150 g condensed milk;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 3-4 bananas;
  • grated chocolate for sprinkling (optional)

Step by step recipe:

1. For the cream, mix sour cream with condensed milk. If you don't like sweets, the amount of condensed milk can be reduced, or vice versa. Cut the bananas into slices - the thinner the better.

2. Line a baking pan or baking sheet with foil and place the cookies in one layer so that there are no empty spaces between them.

A little secret: to make the cake soak faster, you can dip each cookie in milk or strongly brewed tea.

3. Grease the layer with cream and place banana slices on top, followed by another layer of cookies greased with cream.

4. Alternate layers of cookies and fruit until you run out of ingredients. Spread the remaining cream on top and sides and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Place the treat in the refrigerator for several hours to harden.

How to make a Nesquik cake with condensed milk and butter?

This delicious dish is prepared in a few minutes, requires virtually no soaking time and leaves room for imagination. For example, you can halve chocolate and white balls and add raisins or bananas as in the previous recipe.

Required components:

  • 270 g Nesquik chocolate balls;
  • 180 g butter;
  • 1 can of condensed milk.

Step-by-step preparation:

1. Mix condensed milk with butter and beat well to obtain a homogeneous cream. Add balls to the cream.

It is important to ensure that there are not too many balls, otherwise the dessert will turn out dry.

2. Take a deep and wide container. Cover it with film or polyethylene, lay out the mixture. Compact well so that there are no voids between the balls.

Place the delicacy in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to harden, then turn it over onto a plate and decorate the top to taste.

Delicate jelly cake with condensed milk and gelatin

The only drawback of quick desserts made from condensed milk is that they turn out a little unsightly. It can be placed on the festive table only for “our own people”. If you need a quick and easy no-bake recipe for a feast with guests, try making a jelly cake with gelatin. It looks just perfect, especially if you try and beautifully decorate the surface with any cream or fruit.

I hope you enjoyed the condensed milk desserts in today's episode. Like, share your favorite recipes with friends, leave comments and see you again!

You don’t want to bake a cake for a long time, are you afraid of the quality of the cakes baked in your oven, or do you just want something light and tasty? Today we'll show you how to make a cookie cake using minimal ingredients that your whole family will love. Its advantage is that even children can prepare this recipe.

What you need to make a cookie cake

First, let's prepare all the ingredients for the future dessert. Let’s make a reservation in advance that there is no one exact recipe; this cake is the result of a flight of your imagination. You can add whatever you want there. Let's look at what basic products you might need.

First, the cookies. You can use any to your taste: cookies “Baked milk”, “Jubilee”, strawberry, sugar, lemon, coconut, with chocolate pieces, with cocoa, savoiardi, etc.

Secondly, cream. It is needed to coat the layers of cookies. You can make any: creamy, curd, cream cheese (cream cheese), cream with condensed milk or sour cream with sugar.

Cake decoration

We use our imagination and use everything that can decorate our dessert, make its taste brighter and more multifaceted. You don't have to have special pastry skills to create a masterpiece. Here is a list of what can be used to decorate the dessert:

  • Whipped cream.
  • Cocoa.
  • Chocolate, melted in a water bath (for glaze).
  • or baby.
  • Coconut flakes.
  • Multi-colored confectionery sprinkles.
  • Fruits and berries.
  • Chopped nuts.
  • Raisins, dried apricots, prunes and other dried fruits.
  • Candied fruit.
  • Waffles, creamy or chocolate wafer rolls.
  • Dragees, sweets, lollipops.
  • Zephyr, marshmallow.
  • Marmalade, jelly.
  • Ready-made chocolate figures.
  • Mint.

Moreover, you can add all this to any of the layers of the cake. It is not necessary to use these ingredients only as decoration. So, you can give the dessert unusual flavor notes. This easy-to-prepare no-bake cake can turn out no less beautiful than traditional sponge cakes.

Making a cookie cake

So, there are three options for cake layers: you can grind the cookies in a blender, grate them, break them into small pieces to make it easier to cut the cake, or lay them in whole plates (to do this, the cookies need to be dipped in milk, yogurt or juice in advance). Place cookies tightly in the mold, and then coat each layer with pre-prepared cream. For example, mix 1 can of condensed milk and 100 grams of butter and beat with a mixer until smooth. The final stage is decorating the cake to your taste.

Is it possible to eat such a cake if you are losing weight?

Of course, we remember that all the ingredients of the cake are quite high in calories, and desserts themselves contain a lot of carbohydrates. Of course, this recipe is not suitable for girls who adhere to diets and spend a lot of time in the gym.

But what to do if you really want to cook something sweet? There is a solution: in order not to reproach yourself for eating a piece, simply reduce the calorie content of the dessert, add fruit as a decoration, make the cream based on low-fat cottage cheese or sour cream, instead of sugar you can add a sweetener. Eat the cake itself in the morning instead of breakfast, move more during the day, and in the evening go for a run or do exercises at home.

Approximate calorie content of a cake made from Baked Milk cookies for those losing weight

Let's calculate the approximate calorie content of the dietary version of the dish.

  • For example, cake crust - 500 g of Baked Milk cookies. The calorie content of the product per 100 g is 519 kcal.
  • If the cream is made from 10% sour cream and low-fat cottage cheese (beat 2 packs of cottage cheese in a blender with three tablespoons of sour cream, add 3 tablespoons of sweetener), then its calorie content will be 353 kcal.
  • By using fruit as a decoration (for example, 2 small bananas cut into slices), we will add another 190 kcal to the dessert.

Total in this cake made from Baked Milk cookies is 3138 kcal. One hundred grams contains only 270 kcal. They will do absolutely no harm to your figure. As can be seen from the calculations above, the only thing that girls who are losing weight can be wary of in this dessert is the calories in Baked Milk cookies. But don’t forget that you still need to allow yourself delicious favorite foods. It is necessary to please yourself from time to time so that the weight loss process is as comfortable as possible and without disruption.

As you can see, there is nothing complicated about making a cookie cake. And even tonight you can please your loved ones with such an unusual and delicious dessert.

I believe there is no person on Earth who does not know what a cake is and how delicious it is. And if this sweetness is prepared with your own hands and does not require a lot of time and nerves from you, and even turns out so that you will lick your fingers, then it will bring double pleasure. Based on this, I bring to your attention several simple and interesting no-bake cakes. They will be different with cookies, with cottage cheese, marshmallows, different.

They will probably support me and agree that it is not always possible to prepare your favorite delicacy at home, just like in the picture from the Internet. A significant disadvantage of making cakes is that it is a long and painful process. One wrong proportion and the cake is ruined, and if you were too lazy (fell asleep...) and the cake got burnt in the oven, that’s where the grief lies.

  3. Take nuts and cookies and grind them into flour in a coffee grinder. Add cinnamon and 20 g flour.

  5. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites until thick foam. Then we begin to gradually pour sugar into them. Gently mix the whipped whites with the dry mixture of cookies and nuts and spread the dough onto the circles.
  6. The cakes will bake quickly, in 10 minutes. They must be carefully removed from the paper and cooled. Then all the cakes, with the exception of the top one, should be coated with cream and left in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. When the cake is ready, decorate it with sugar icing and sprinkle with crushed cookies or nuts. A real Esterhazy has a thin pattern of chocolate glaze on top. To do this, draw regular circles on the cake with icing, and then carefully run a knife through the icing towards the center. A cobweb is formed. Your miracle is ready!

  • Granulated sugar (about 200 grams)
  • Kiwi (3 pieces)
  • Vanilla sugar (1 sachet)
  • Strawberries - can be replaced with others to taste (1-1.5 cups)
  • Orange (1 fruit)

Preparation:

  1. Mix sour cream with sugar (the amount will depend on the choice of fruit - if you use sweet ones, like canned pineapples or peaches, there is a risk of getting a dessert that is too sugary). Add a little vanilla and beat thoroughly: the sugar grains should completely dissolve.
  2. Place a spoonful of gelatin in a separate bowl. Fill with chilled water and leave until it swells - about twenty minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the marshmallows into medium-thick slices.
  4. Peel and cut the bananas into circles. Wash the berries, dry and chop into slices.
  5. Peeled citrus can be chopped in any way - for example, into semicircles, just like kiwi.
  6. Place marshmallows on a flat serving platter (separate about half). Try not to leave large gaps.
  7. Melt the frozen gelatin in a hot water bath, but do not let it boil. After cooling, pour in a thin stream into the sour cream mixture.
  8. Cover the marshmallows with a dollop of cream. Place banana slices on top.
  9. Apply another layer of sour cream. This time it will be followed by orange.
  10. Spread the remaining marshmallows. Brush with cream, then place slices of kiwi and strawberries.
  11. The surface of the cake should be completely hidden under the sour cream. Use your favorite fruits and berries as decoration.
  12. The finished dessert must be cooled for 35-40 minutes - during this time it will harden and be properly soaked.

Cracker cake: recipe with sour cream and condensed milk

Despite the presence of a large number of ingredients, such a cake is quite easy to make, but you will have to wait a day. Let's act.

Product set:

  • Condensed milk (120 grams)
  • Milk (30 milliliters)
  • Cookies, crackers - “fish” will do (200 grams)
  • Vanillin (to the confectioner's taste)
  • Raisins and prunes (140 grams each)
  • Butter (60 grams)
  • Cocoa powder (a couple of tablespoons)
  • Granulated sugar (30 grams)
  • Walnut kernels (2/3 cup)
  • Sour cream (250 grams)

Preparation:

  1. Rinse dried fruits thoroughly. Place in a bowl and pour boiling water over it; after 5 minutes, the liquid will need to be drained.
  2. Chop the prunes into large slices. Mix with crackers and raisins (large cookies should be broken into medium-sized pieces).
  3. Toast the shelled nuts in a hot, dry frying pan. Chop fairly coarsely and then add to dried fruit and crackers.
  4. Combine sour cream with condensed milk. Add a little vanilla and stir until perfectly smooth.
  5. Season the dry ingredients with the resulting cream. Place the mixture in a mold previously lined with cling film. Press down well with a spoon and cover with film on top.
  6. Place some weight on top of the cake. Leave the treat in the cold overnight.
  7. To make the glaze, combine milk, a piece of butter, granulated sugar and cocoa. Wait for it to boil, then remove the pan from the heat and let cool for 6-7 minutes.
  8. Pour over cooled cake. If desired, the dessert can be decorated with grated white chocolate or crushed nuts, or garnish with sliced banana.

The following recipe is probably the simplest of those provided, but in terms of taste, it is no less elegant.

Waffle cake without baking in 30 minutes

  • Wafer cakes (1-2 packs, depending on size)
  • Citric acid (15 grams)
  • Berry or citrus jam (1 cup)
  • Sunflower halva (350 grams)
  • Any nuts (to taste)

  2. Stir in the chopped zest and citric acid.
  3. The consistency of the cream will be dense and elastic. Cover the wafer sheets, assembling the cake step by step (it is easier to apply the layer with a soft spatula).
  4. Also grease the top “crust” with cream, and then generously sprinkle with crushed nuts.
  5. Of course, leave this work in the cold, if possible for an hour or two. Quickly whip up such a cake and surprise your family or friends by serving it when no one expects you to have something delicious with a surprise.

  7. Cut dried apricots into slices of arbitrary size; combine with cherry syrup, as well as the remaining gelatin and sour cream. Apply the resulting mass on top of the curd layer and smooth it out well.

  10. The finished delicacy should be carefully removed from the mold and decorated with kiwi slices. Yummy!

And now I’ll finish you off with another recipe for a super cake. This will be a culinary work, made according to Italian motives.

  • When soaking the cookies in milk before layering, do not over-soak them and allow the cookies to become soggy! Otherwise, you won't be able to place it beautifully on the dish. The optimal time for keeping cookies in milk is no more than 20 seconds. It is best to use a thin spatula to place the soaked cookies on a plate.
  • When decorating a cookie cake, it is better to cover the dish with a piece of thin oiled parchment paper, so that later it will be easier to cut the cake into portioned pieces.
  • It is better to place the dish on which the cookies, previously soaked in milk, are placed slightly inclined so that excess milk is removed.
  • Don’t neglect the advice of letting the finished cake sit in the refrigerator. This is necessary so that the cookies are well saturated with cream and the taste of the product becomes richer.

Bon appetit!
