Another interesting filling option for fried pita bread. You can use any cottage cheese, but it is better not very dry.

Ingredients

150 g cheese;

150 g cottage cheese;

1 clove of garlic;

1 bunch of dill;

1 yolk or small egg;

Lavash, butter.

Preparation

1. Grate the cheese and immediately chop the garlic together with it. Add more than one clove if desired. This filling turns out very tasty in a spicy version.

2. Knead the cottage cheese; if it is dry, it is better to grind it. Mix with cheese.

3. Chop the dill and add it to the filling.

4. Next add a small egg or just the yolk. Spices at your discretion. It is important to stir the minced meat well until smooth.

5. Place the cut pieces of lavash on the table, distribute the filling, and roll up lazy pancakes.

6. Fry in oil or in a dry frying pan. After the lazy pancakes are turned over to the second side, it is better to cover the pan. Let the filling with the addition of raw egg warm up well.

You need to work with pita bread quickly; if it dries out, it will crumble. In this case, the sheets should be sprinkled with water and placed in a bag for a while, left to soften. If you don’t have time, then heat it in this form (in the bag, but slightly open) in the microwave.

  • vanilla sugar – 22 g
  • vegetable oil – 25 ml
  • sour cream – 75 g
  • Armenian lavash – 210 g
  • poppy – 60 g
  • cottage cheese – 510 g
  • granulated sugar – 110 g

Preparation

  1. Pour boiling water over poppy seeds. Leave for 10 hours.
  2. Place cottage cheese in a container.
  3. Add sour cream to it. Mix.
  4. Drain the water from the container with poppy seeds.
  5. Add poppy seeds to the curd mass.

  6. Cut the greens into small pieces. Add to the minced meat. Mix.
  7. Place the filling on the lavash pieces. Wrap like cabbage rolls.
  8. Pour sour cream into a bowl.
  9. Beat the eggs in there. Beat the mixture.
  10. Dip each pancake in it. Place it on a hot greased frying pan.
  11. Fry the pancakes on both sides.

Lavash with minced meat

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 480 gr.
  • Sour cream – 190 gr.
  • Egg – 4 pcs.
  • Lavash – 170 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • Butter – 30 gr.
  • Salt – 4 gr.
  • Pepper – 3 gr.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 230 gr.
  • Onion – 240 gr.
  • Kefir – 120 ml
  • Hard cheese – 370 gr.

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  2. Sauté it in oil.
  3. Add minced meat. Fry until almost done.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Pour kefir into another bowl.
  6. Add sour cream. Stir the liquid mixture.
  7. Brush the mixture onto the pita bread.
  8. Place the cooled minced meat with onions.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Place tomatoes on one side of the pita bread.
  11. Roll the pita bread from this edge into a roll.
  12. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.
  13. Place lavash with filling.
  14. Beat eggs into a separate container.
  15. Add sour cream.
  16. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 50 gr. green onions, 5-10 gr. dill, salt. Boil 4 eggs. Grate the boiled eggs. Fry green onions 50 gr. Dill 5-10 gr. Salt to taste.

Ingredients: Cottage cheese 500 gr., 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 50 gr. raisins Take cottage cheese, add one yolk, sugar, and grind everything with cottage cheese. Add raisins to the resulting mass. Pre-soaked in boiling water.

3 Chicken: pancakes with chicken
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, 10 gr. dill, 2 boiled eggs, salt, pepper. Boil the chicken breast. Grind it in a meat grinder. Dill 10 gr. finely chop. Grate 2 boiled eggs on a coarse grater, salt and pepper to taste.

10 Boiled beef pancake filling
Ingredients: 500 gr. beef, 1 onion, butter 20 g, salt. 500 gr. Boil beef for 1.5 hours, grind in a meat grinder. Take 1 onion, cut into cubes, fry in butter, add the resulting minced meat, add salt to taste.

11 With condensed milk
Ingredients: liquid condensed milk or boiled condensed milk. Sweet pancakes can be topped with condensed milk.
