  • rice - 200 grams;
  • milk - 400 milliliters (medium fat content);
  • powdered sugar - 180 grams;
  • butter - 80 grams;
  • egg - 2 pieces (you can replace mashed potatoes from two ripe bananas);
  • vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
  • salt - half a teaspoon without a slide.

Preparation:

  1. First of all, thoroughly wash the rice. Then we put it in a multicooker, fill it with milk and cook it in the “Rice” or “Porridge” mode.
  2. Pour the finished rice into a separate container and leave to cool.
  3. Using a whisk, beat the eggs with powdered sugar until foam appears. If you are using banana puree, just mix it thoroughly with the powder.
  4. To the warm, but no longer hot rice, add beaten eggs, butter, vanillin and salt. Now mix it all very well.
  5. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, then move our workpiece into it and select the “Baking” mode, set the time to 50 minutes.
  6. To help the casserole rise better, do not open the multicooker during cooking.

Combine pre-cooked rice porridge (2 tbsp.) with cottage cheese. Add 3 tbsp. potato starch and baking powder (1 tsp). Add sugar (about 0.5 tbsp) and vanilla to the resulting mass. Beat the eggs until foamy and add to the rice mixture. Knead into a homogeneous dough. Place the resulting mixture into a prepared bowl. Set to Baking mode. A sweet rice casserole in a slow cooker can contain fruits and dried fruits. Cook rice porridge in milk (to prepare the dish you will need 300 g of ready-made porridge). Add 2 eggs to the porridge (beat them and 2 tablespoons of sugar first). Pour 180 g of sour cream into the mixture, add 2 tbsp. pre-soaked raisins. Combine the peeled apple, cut into strips, with 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Place half of the mixture in a greased bowl, place the apples on top, and cover with the rest of the dough. Salt and pepper minced chicken (500 g). 3 tbsp. dilute tomato paste with an equal amount of water. Separately, dilute 100 g of sour cream (you will need 5 tablespoons of water). Place the porridge in a bowl and knead it a little.

In another bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until smooth and light.

In a separate bowl, beat the whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt until they form a stable, dense foam.

Combine the beaten yolks with the porridge. Sprinkle in cinnamon.

Mix well, breaking up any lumps with a spoon.

Add whipped whites.

Gently stir the mixture from bottom to top for a minute. Longer mixing of the components will make the finished casserole dense and not so airy.

Grease the multicooker bowl with soft butter. Place the prepared mixture into it.

Lower the lid. Set the "Baking" mode. Cook for 1 hour.
