Ingredients:

  • flour - 500-550 grams;
  • yeast - 11 grams; (I have Saf-Moment)
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 150 grams;
  • butter - 70 grams;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • raisins - 100 grams;
  • vanillin - 1.5 grams.

How to cook Easter cake in a slow cooker with raisins:

We dilute yeast in warm milk, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour and 1 teaspoon of sugar, mix, let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.

While the dough is maturing, you need to beat the eggs and granulated sugar.

Then mix the dough, beaten eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, add salt and vanillin. Add flour in small portions. You should get a soft dough.

Then, in a bowl or on the table (wherever is more convenient for you), gradually stir room temperature butter into the dough. First creamy, then sunflower. We do not pour the oil into the dough, but wet our hands in it. You need to knead the dough for this Easter cake for a very long time and thoroughly (about 30-40 minutes exactly).

We form a bun.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a kitchen towel (or cling film), wrap it and place it in a warm place to rise. For 4-5 hours. Again, this cake recipe takes a long time to proof! Don't watch the time, make sure the dough is well proofed. If desired, the dough can be proofed directly in the slow cooker. You can leave it overnight.

Meanwhile, soak the raisins for 10-15 minutes, drain the water, dry and roll in flour if desired.

The dough has risen.

Place it on a greased table and carefully stir in the prepared raisins.

We form a bun.

Grease the multicooker bowl with any oil and lay out the dough.

Turn on the heat for a few minutes, then turn it off and give the cake time to increase in volume two to three times. Again, do not watch the time, make sure that the cake increases in volume.

After the dough has risen, turn on the Baking mode and bake the cake in the Panasonic multicooker for 100 minutes (this is 2 cycles of 60+40 minutes). We don’t turn the Easter cake over.

After the first signal, do not open the lid; immediately add another 40 minutes. If the slow cooker does not start, wait a minute and try again. This often happens in a Panasonic multicooker.

The recipe for this Easter is not complicated, and if you follow all the steps consistently, then even a novice housewife will succeed. The most important thing in this matter is a good mood, stock up on it and create a masterpiece in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 500 g
  • Eggs - 5 pcs
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Raisins – 180 g
  • Salt - a pinch

Preparation:

The first and very important step is preparing the dough. The milk should be at a temperature of 38-40 degrees, add the yeast and stir until completely dissolved. Add a glass of flour, do not forget to sift it before doing this, mix, cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place for half an hour.

The dough should rise and increase significantly in volume.

Place the mixture of yolks and sugar into the dough and mix well.

The main rule when preparing yeast dough is that all ingredients must be warm, and the flour must be sifted.

Then add slightly melted butter to the dough, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Then beat the whites and mix everything again.

Pour the remaining flour into the dough and knead it with your hands until it becomes plastic. It shouldn't stick to your hands. Transfer the dough into a deep bowl and cover with a towel, remove the bowl to a warm place for 1 hour.

At this time, grate the zest of one lemon on a fine grater. Soak the raisins in boiling water until they swell, drain the water and dry on a towel.

When the dough has risen significantly, stir in the raisins and lemon zest. Be sure to leave the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes. Then transfer to a greased multicooker bowl, select the “Keep Warm” program and let the dough rise for 10 minutes. Then, without opening the lid, switch to the “Baking” mode; you need to set the time yourself to 1 hour 40 minutes.

Prepare glaze from whites. Beat the whites first with a pinch of salt, then add powdered sugar and beat until thick.

Do not rush to immediately remove freshly baked Easter cake from the multicooker; leave it to rest for another 20 minutes. Decorate it by coating it with glaze on top, sprinkle with special sprinkles and the festive dish is ready.

There are countless recipes, so it’s worth trying and finding the one that suits you best. This cake turns out to be very fluffy and tall, enough for a large family. Recipe with raisins. The Redmond multicooker is very convenient for cooking, and you can also put dough in it to rise.

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 200 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 8 g
  • Cognac – 100 g
  • Raisins – 100 g
  • Dry yeast - 9 g
  • Flour - 700 g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Pour cognac over the raisins and leave them like that for now.

If you don't want to use alcohol, you can add orange juice or just warm water.

Take a deep container and pour warm milk into it; it must be at room temperature. Add dry yeast, a tablespoon of sugar, four heaped tablespoons of flour. Mix everything well.

Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, take a smaller container, break eggs into it, add salt, a pack of vanilla sugar, regular sugar and beat everything well.

Then pour the melted and cooled butter into the egg mixture. Stir again and set aside in a warm place.

When half an hour has passed, add the butter-egg mixture to the dough and mix everything.

You need to add flour to the finished dough in small parts, kneading the dough with a spoon.

Don’t forget to sift the flour, this is important for the splendor and airiness of the cake.

You need to add flour until it is possible to mix the dough with a spoon; there is no need to knead with your hands. You should get a thick sticky dough. It should come together perfectly into one lump.

Take a multicooker bowl and coat the bottom and walls with vegetable oil.

Place the dough in it.

Place the saucepan in the multicooker, close the lid and select the “Multicook” program, set the temperature to 35 degrees, time 1 hour 20 minutes, press start and leave the dough to rise. The dough should increase in volume by about 2 times.

Dust the work surface with a little flour and remove the dough from the multicooker bowl. Drain all the liquid from the raisins, add a spoonful of flour, stir and add to the dough. Sprinkle the raisins into the dough little by little, sprinkle with flour. Knead the dough for just a couple of minutes, no more.

Do not add a lot of flour, the dough should remain soft and pliable, and due to the oil it will not stick to your hands.

Then grease the washed and dried multicooker bowl with oil again. Make an even lump of dough and place in a saucepan.

Place a bowl of dough into the multicooker. Select the “Multi-cook” function, set the temperature to 35 degrees and time for 35 minutes. We are waiting for the dough to rise again.

The dough should rise to half, check and close the lid again.

Select the “Baking” program, set the time to 1 hour 40 minutes and leave the cake to bake.

Do not open the multicooker lid during baking.

When the multicooker beeps that it is ready, pierce the cake with a wooden skewer and if it is dry, leave it in the switched off multicooker for 20 minutes so that it rests and only then remove it, going around the edges with a silicone spatula.

It is not necessary to fry the top; decorate the cake with sugar icing and sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.

To prepare it you need to stock up on time and patience, but you will definitely like the result. Therefore, try and cook in a good mood, then you will definitely succeed.

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Dry yeast - 3 teaspoons or fresh - 40 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Vanilla sugar - 8 g
  • Flour - 200-300 g
  • Raisins, candied fruits – 160 g
  • Dried cranberries - 50 g
  • Tangerines, nuts - for decoration
  • Gelatin - 1 pack
  • Apricot jam or any other

Preparation:

Pour milk over the yeast, add half a tablespoon of sugar, the temperature of the milk should be about 40 degrees, mix until the yeast dissolves.

Beat two eggs with sugar.

Add sifted flour to the diluted yeast, about half a glass and mix until smooth. Cover the bowl with cling film, and you can also put a towel on top. Set aside for 45-50 minutes.

At this time, pour boiling water over the raisins for 5 minutes and drain the water, rinse the candied fruits in water and place on a towel to dry.

Add half a teaspoon of flour to the raisins and stir.

Add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, sour cream, soft butter and egg mixture to the resulting dough. Mix everything until smooth.

Sift the flour in small portions and mix with a spoon until the dough comes together into a dense but soft ball.

To make it easy to remove the dough from the bowl, grease it with vegetable oil. Transfer the dough into it and cover with cling film, then with a towel. Leave for 1.5 - 2 hours.

During this time, the dough needs to be kneaded once.

The dough should rise like this and become airy.

Add candied fruits and stir.

Divide the dough into three equal parts and place them in the molds. Place a hot rack at the bottom of the multicooker bowl and place three forms with dough on top.

First you need to turn on the “Heating” mode for 20-30 minutes and wait for the dough to rise, always with the lid closed. Then turn on the baking mode, set the time to 1 hour 40 minutes.

After the sound signal indicates readiness, leave the cakes in the multicooker for 15-20 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check for doneness; if the stick is dry, it’s ready. Cool them on their sides, turning them frequently.

Spread the cooled cakes with jam.

Place candied fruits, nuts, dried cranberries and tangerine slices on top of the jam.

To secure the decoration, prepare a pastry gel. Dissolve gelatin in warm water.

Place a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of honey into a small saucepan. Pour in 30 g of water. Place on the fire, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves, then add gelatin and stir. Cool the gel to room temperature.

Coat the cakes with gelatin gel.

Add 3.5 cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture. As a rule, the result is a dough that is slightly thicker than that for pancakes. Cover the container with the dough on top with polyethylene or a towel and place it in a warm place for half an hour. During this time, the dough will increase approximately 2 times.

While the dough is standing, it is necessary to separate the whites from the yolks. 2 whites should be set aside for the glaze, everything else will go into the dough (you will get 2 more yolks than whites). The yolks are ground with sugar and vanillin. Whip the whites with a little salt until fluffy foam is obtained.

When the dough is ready, add the yolks mashed with sugar. Next, combine with the oil, continuing to stir. Then carefully fold the whipped whites into the dough and gradually add the rest of the flour. Next, we begin to knead the dough. Do not immediately pour out all the available flour - this increases the risk of adding more than necessary. Enter it in small portions. Then the container with the dough must be placed again in a warm place and covered with polyethylene or a towel. For the dough to rise properly, you will need about 1 hour 10 minutes

While the dough is rising, start preparing the raisins (or candied fruits). Raisins must be soaked for about 20 minutes in hot water, then dried

Place the dough on a table previously greased with sunflower oil. Sprinkle it with raisins (candied fruits). Form the dough into a ball. And you need to put the container againdough, covered with a towel or film, in a warm place. It will take about 45 minutes for it to rise a second time.

Turn on the multicooker in the heating mode for 15-20 minutes, then turn it off and leave the dough in the multicooker for another hour.
Now the dough has increased.Bake the cake in the “baking” mode for 60 minutes and then add another 30 minutes.

For one large Easter cake in the Redmond multicooker, a fifth of the ingredients indicated in this recipe are enough. Form a “bun” from the finished dough. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and place the dough. Turn on the “Multi-cook” mode at 35 degrees and wait until the dough doubles in volume. Since the dough for Easter cakes is quite capricious, bake (Baking mode) for 1 hour 30 minutes. Check with a splinter for readiness. If not ready, add 15 minutes of Baking mode until ready.

Polaris are often even more capricious than Easter cake dough, but still... We form a ball with a volume slightly less than the volume of the bowl. Cover it with a towel and leave to rise for 30-45 minutes, depending on the room temperature. After this, grease the bowl with oil, transfer the dough into it, let it stand for another 15 minutes and turn on the Baking mode. After finishing, turn it on again. After 20 minutes of the second turn on, the cake can be checked for readiness. In most Polaris multicookers, such heavy butter dough is cooked for 2 full cycles.

Grease the bowl with oil, add the dough, filling it one third full. Close, or cover with a towel, and leave to rise for an hour. Turn on the “Oven” mode, temperature 180 degrees, time 45 minutes. When finished, check for readiness with a splinter. Remove the finished cake and wrap it in a towel until it cools completely. If the cake is not ready, add another 10 minutes, checking for readiness after each approach.

After kneading the dough well, you need to heat the multicooker to the temperature of your hands - 35-37 degrees. Now put the dough in the bowl, cover and leave for a couple of hours. After 2 hours, use your fingers or fist (but gently) to expel the air from the risen dough. A good Easter cake dough should rise 3 times. If you have no time or are impatient, do fewer “approaches”. If the raisins are not added during the first kneading, this can be done between “approaches” of the dough. When the dough has risen and is ready for baking, turn on the “Roast vegetables” mode. The duration of this mode is 1.5 hours. The cake bakes well during this time. But if you check with a splinter and it is wet, bake it some more. The top turns out white, but masking with glaze corrects this 100%.

For the white glaze:

  • Protein – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 0.5 tbsp.

How to cook Easter cake with kefir:

I baked Easter cake in a Panasonic 18 multicooker (4.5 liter bowl, power 670 W).

Let's make a dough, for this we dissolve dry yeast in warm kefir, add 2 tbsp. sugar and flour, mix thoroughly and leave to ferment in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Now add melted butter, sour cream, eggs, remaining sugar, salt, vanillin to the dough, add flour in portions and knead a soft dough. It is very important not to overdo it with flour, as the dough will be quite sticky. Add raisins or candied fruits (I added raisins) and leave the dough for a couple of hours until the volume increases 2-3 times. My dough expanded so much that it lifted the lid of a 5-liter pan.

Place the dough in the greased multicooker bowl, leave in the “Warming” mode for 7-10 minutes, then turn off the mode and leave under the closed lid for another 10 minutes.

Then cook in the “Bake” mode for 60 minutes.

I turned the finished cake over and baked the other side for another 20 minutes.

For the protein glaze, beat the egg whites with sugar until thick and spread it on the top of the Easter cake.
