  1. You need 200 g of margarine, or the same amount of butter. Usually, this is just one pack. Here's my first tip. If you are limited in finances, then try to purchase Zhar-Pechka margarine. If you prefer creamy, then you need to buy something expensive. With a maximum content of animal fats (84% or more).

    The fact is that most varieties of margarine and butter with a fat content of 72%-74% can give an unpleasant aftertaste or odor when cooked. The same applies to all kinds of spreads, margarine with added butter, etc. By the way, an off-flavor may appear after the cake has been in the refrigerator.
    This is probably due to all sorts of fillers that are added to almost every margarine and cheap types of butter. They give off a foreign smell and taste after heat treatment. Zhar-pechka margarine has not let me down so far. Practice has shown that this is one of the best options.

    I have never tried to make the most delicious cake using expensive butter. Recipes involve the use of different bases. So, completely melt 200 g of margarine in a saucepan. For speed, you can first turn on high heat, but for those who have never done this before, it’s better not to risk it, but to cook everything over moderate heat.

  2. Then immediately add one full glass of sugar (glass volume 230-250 ml). Pour in about 150-200 ml of milk. And add cocoa. Those who like a rich chocolate flavor should add three heaping tablespoons. If you want it to have a softer and less pronounced taste, then you can get by with two full tablespoons of cocoa.
  3. Using simple, familiar movements, you need to stir constantly. The mixture must be brought to a boil. Again, for speed, you can turn on high heat, but as soon as it boils, immediately reduce it to moderate. You need to cook for 7-9 minutes. You will get hot liquid chocolate.
  4. Remove the pan from the stove. Cool for a couple of minutes. Then pour some of the liquid chocolate into a separate plate - 6-7 tablespoons. Cover the plate with a lid to prevent dust or other debris from getting into the liquid chocolate. This part of the chocolate is needed for icing.
  5. Pour the remaining liquid chocolate into a clean container. I use a large enamel dish. Then add two glasses of wheat flour (the volume of the glasses is still the same). Two chicken eggs and a teaspoon of quicklime soda (without a slide). Mix all this until smooth. This is where space opens up for culinary exploration.

    Chocolate goes well with many other foods. You can crumble walnuts into the resulting dough. This time. You can add grated fresh orange. That's two. Or pitted cherries. That's three.   6. Place the resulting baking base in a frying pan, previously coated with oil. Vegetable or creamy – it doesn’t matter. You just need to take a little more butter, as it burns out faster.     The dough should spread all over the bottom. It’s easy to speed up this process by simply shaking the frying pan in your hands, making circular movements with it.
